Copy journal entry from previous posted document.

If you don’t have access to FBD1 - Recurring document), you can easily copy a previously posted document in FB50. 


1. Go to T-code FB03
    Enter the original (previous) document number you want 
    to copy




2. Go to Tcode /nFB50
    Click Goto
    Click Post with reference  (Shift + F9)
    Hit "Enter"




3. The following screen will be displayed

    Select any of the options from the Flow control check
    boxes. 
    (usually don’t need to select any if you’re just doing a simple
    copy of the old document)
  

4.  Hit "Enter" button
     The below F-02 screen will appeared

  Hit "Enter" Button
  If you selected option of Display line items, Make adjustment
  until all rows are copied. 
  (You can make any changes as necessary, just like in F-02 )

  Make sure you’ve got the right posting date and FY



5. Click save to post


Copy transaction using this way is very useful, particularl
y if you
get yourself into an error loop of post-reverse-post-reverse.
